Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience in cleanroom environments is preferred.
• Ability to handle chemicals safely and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal etching, plating, and other substrate processing operations.
• Conduct final inspections of substrates to ensure quality.
• Execute duties of Technician Levels 1 and 2 as needed.
• Aim to become SME in at least one fabrication department and train others.
• Author and edit detailed process instructions and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate complex equipment per specs.
• Collect and analyze SPC data to monitor performance.
• Follow complex system-driven commands and workflows.
• Safely handle chemicals and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
