Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Fab Process Development Technician to join our Beaverton, Oregon team. You will work in a cleanroom, processing thin-film substrates and supporting production and development schedules with strict adherence to procedures.

You will set up and operate complex equipment, apply photolithography, and monitor multiple processes while ensuring safety and quality standards. This role requires multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform metal etching, plating, and other substrate processing operations.
• Conduct final inspections of substrates to ensure quality standards.
• Execute all duties of Technician Levels 1 and 2 as needed.
• Achieve subject matter expert status in at least one fabrication department and train other technicians.
