SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking a Fab Operations Technician/Clean Room Technician to produce high-quality microchip products in a cleanroom environment.

The role includes operating machines, loading/unloading wafer production equipment, and performing quality inspections according to strict procedures. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Load and unload wafer production machines (microchips).
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure correct procedures are completed.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products.
• Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration, Empowerment and Growth Mindset.
• Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area.
• Maintain and communicate in a positive attitude.
• Be punctual to ensure crisp pass downs between shifts.
