Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning and Start-Up Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for the base build of a semiconductor fabrication facility.

You will ensure systems meet design intent, readiness criteria, and support tool installation and production start-up. Collaborating with project controls, construction, and client teams, you will drive scheduling, phased turnover, and system readiness milestones,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years in engineering or 20 years in high-tech construction, cleanroom environments, or mission-critical facility commissioning.
• Proven leadership in commissioning large-scale semiconductors or high-tech manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop commissioning strategy, sequences, and system turnover plans.
• Lead system commissioning, start-up, and performance verification.
• Interface with client stakeholders to align objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Drive readiness milestones and turnover gates tied to construction completion.
