Job summary

Experis is seeking a Network Engineer- F5 to support enterprise F5 infrastructure operations in a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI or Cleveland, OH. As SME for the F5 Big-IP platform, you will own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and lifecycle management in a large global production environment.

The role emphasizes proactive ownership, strong troubleshooting, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
5+ years hands-on F5 Big-IP engineering and administration.
Advanced F5 BIG-IP expertise including LTM and GTM/DNS.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Ability to work across network operations, security, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for enterprise F5 Big-IP platform, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of F5 infrastructure in a large global production environment.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex production issues and escalated incidents.
Support Priority 1 and high-severity incidents involving F5 technologies, driving issues from identification through resolution.
Plan and execute upgrades, maintenance activities, and long-term roadmap planning to reduce technical debt and improve platform health.
