Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced F5 Support Administrator to optimize enterprise application delivery and load balancing infrastructure in Atlanta. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP environments, ensuring high availability and security across critical business apps.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable delivery solutions, perform packet captures, and upgrade TMOS/F5OS software.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering F5 BIG-IP LTM and GTM environments.
Strong experience configuring Virtual Servers, Pools, Health Monitors, SSL Certificates, Profiles, and iRules.
3+ years of network and application delivery troubleshooting experience.
Experience performing and analyzing packet captures.
Understanding of load balancing concepts and enterprise security practices.

Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP components including virtual servers, pools, monitors, profiles, SSL certificates, and iRules.
Design scalable application delivery solutions based on business requirements.
Support load balancing, traffic management, and application availability initiatives.
Perform packet captures and network troubleshooting to diagnose issues.
Manage SSL offloading and application security configurations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues.
Execute software upgrades, patches, and hotfix implementations.
Support web application firewall (WAF) technologies and policies.
