Job summary

Honda of Dublin, a Germain dealership in Dublin, OH, seeks an Experienced Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to lead the full finance/insurance process and ensure compliant, fundable deals in a fast-paced environment.

You will structure transactions, present products professionally, maintain lender relations, and ensure accuracy across documentation while safeguarding customer and dealership assets. Prior F&I managerial experience and a strong track record are required.

Qualifications

• Previous F&I Manager experience required.
• Proven track record of production, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of automotive finance, digital menus, and lender programs.
• Strong communication, closing, and organizational skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize automotive finance and lease transactions.
• Present F&I products professionally, ethically, and effectively.
• Maintain strong lender relationships to secure competitive approvals.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with all state, federal, and lender requirements.
• Deliver clean, fundable deals with minimal rehash or callbacks.
• Work closely with sales and management to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Safeguard customer information and dealership assets.
