Job summary

Tactical Air Support seeks an experienced Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (F-35 Net Enabled Weapons) to join the ACES Division near MCAS Yuma, AZ, or other listed sites. The role centers on SME duties, developing and delivering NEW training programs for USAF/USMC/USN and supporting warfighter training with frequent travel.

You will update training materials, lead in-person instruction for pilots, and collaborate across squadrons and program offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum eight years as F-35 Pilot; WIC/TOPGUN/WTI graduate preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of F-35 weapon and mission systems.
• Travel 30% to work sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Produce and update training plans for USAF/USMC/USN F-35 NEW.
• Update and standardize training materials for instructors and maintenance.
• Conduct in-person training for pilots with varied experience.
• Cross-train and assist other ACES efforts.
