Job summary

Peerless Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Test Manager to support the F-22 Program Office at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. You will interface with government and military stakeholders to provide program management support for Test and Engineering Branch activities, including developing T&E strategies and plans.

The role requires deep expertise in automated software testing, TDD, CI/CD, and Agile practices, with extensive DoD experience and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field with 10 years of experience (5 in DoD).
• Bachelor's in a related field with 12 years of experience (5 in DoD).
• 15 years related experience with proper certifications as described in PWS labor category.
• ABET-accredited engineering program required.
• ASQ/ISTQB or equivalent certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document a Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategy aligning policy, requirements, cost, and schedule.
• Translate requirements to support T&E planning; write TEMP, DT/OT plans.
• Advise Government PMs on testing issues and stand up software testing infrastructure.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute F-22 ITT activities; provide status to senior leadership.
• Develop metrics to assess software development and testing progress.
