Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an extrusion or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Press Team Apprentices and Operators.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and training of employees.
• Plan production schedules for the Press Team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control.
• Review production reports and resolve discrepancies.
