Pennex in Leetonia, OH is hiring Production Workers for our aluminum extrusion and fabrication team. No prior extrusion experience is required—we provide on-the-job training to help you start a reliable career.

The role offers full-time hours with opportunities to advance to machine operator, team lead, press operator, maintenance technician, or quality technician as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional technical or vocational training in machine operation preferred.
• Familiarity with press machines and reading drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Assist with aluminum extrusion press operations and related equipment.
• Load and unload aluminum materials and finished products.
• Inspect products to meet quality specifications.
• Measure parts using basic measuring tools.
• Package and prepare finished aluminum profiles for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
