Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Minnesota seeks an experienced engineer to apply broad principles to extrusion tooling and processes, collaborating with Product Development, Operations and Quality to meet part specifications.

You will lead development and qualification of extrusion tooling, provide guidance to R&D and Production, supervise up to 4-5 technicians, and mentor engineers, with occasional travel to deploy expertise across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience; 15+ years if without a degree.
• Experience producing extrusion tooling and polymer tubing is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green belt minimum, Black belt preferred) and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop extrusion tooling and equipment, commissioning and qualification.
• Apply engineering principles to diverse assignments and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Quality groups to define requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to R&D and Production Operations for development and operations.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and supervise 4–5 technicians.
• Occasional travel to deploy expertise across sites.
