Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Be able to fill in and perform all Winder Operator II and Extruder Operator I & II skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to perform proper start-up operations to bring line to production.
• Perform proper shutdown of the lines.
• Successfully fill out the process check sheet every two hours.
• Change screen packs for all extruders.
• Ensure that all hems and rolls are first quality.
• Correctly fill out the pump log sheets.
• Fill silos with raw material.
• Operate the ESTL machine for quality checks.
• Ensure proper packaging materials are used.
• Keep the work area clean following the 6S process.
