Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial filings and disclosures
• Collaborate with teams and counsel to validate financial information
• Coordinate with auditors and support reporting-related requests
• Research and apply accounting and regulatory guidance
• Stay current on new accounting and reporting requirements
• Assist with board and investor-related financial reporting
• Improve reporting processes, systems, and internal controls
• Support financial close activities as needed
• Communicate key reporting developments to leadership
• Contribute to special projects and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of SEC experience (public or industry)
• Comfortable with an SEC software

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $95,000–$140,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on experience and other factors.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must reside in Minnesota or be planning to relocate to Minnesota.
