Everpure is seeking a seasoned Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead our Internal Audit team from planning through reporting. You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate risk, strengthen processes, and shape decisions, focusing on operational audits, business process and enterprise risk assessment.

You will bring 10+ years in internal/operational audit, mentor colleagues, and leverage data analytics and AI-enabled approaches to enhance audit quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of internal audit or related experience, leading complex audits.
• Mentoring colleagues and shaping standards across the function.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive remediation without formal authority.
• Experience using data analytics to support risk assessment and audit planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, high-visibility operational audits from planning through reporting.
• Set audit agenda, determine scope and priorities.
• Develop risk-based objectives and testing procedures.
• Prepare clear audit reports for senior stakeholders.
