Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in assembly/backend manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience in high-volume, high-mix production environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with the ability to engage effectively with global teams.
• Proficiency in BI Tools, Python and SQL would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects focused on operational excellence, value engineering, and quality improvement.
• Act as the communication bridge among suppliers, customers, BU, and project teams for operations management, program management, and risk awareness.
• Manage external manufacturing operations, driving quality, yield, delivery, cost, and supplier performance.
