Education Resource Strategies (ERS) seeks a Senior Associate, External Engagement to translate SPEND’s technical education data for researchers, policymakers, and field leaders. This remote role emphasizes clear, objective storytelling, audience growth, and coordinating external communications across formats.

As the primary knowledge translation professional, you will shape content, manage distribution, and support convenings for SPEND, driving accessibility and impact of education finance

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience communicating substantive, technical information to external audiences.
• Experience growing digital audiences through owned channels.
• Knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate SPEND's complex research, data, and technical work into clear external content.
• Manage SPEND's day-to-day external communications, including newsletters, social media, presentations, and other channels, with an objective, technical voice.
• Grow SPEND’s organic audience across owned digital channels and improve content discoverability.
• Plan and coordinate convenings, webinars, and other events; maintain operational systems for tracking stakeholders and timelines.
