Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, External Communications to elevate and protect our brand across media, digital, and partner channels.

You will translate business priorities into clear, consistent messaging and lead external storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences. You’ll own crisis communications, partner with Legal, HR, Operations and executives, and drive measurable impact through proactive programs, executive visibility, and day-to-day communications

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive external communications experience.
• Experience leading brand positioning and corporate reputation.
• Experience managing high-profile or crisis communications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead brand positioning efforts and messaging across external channels.
• Translate research and priorities into positioning frameworks and narratives.
• Partner with leaders to ensure consistent brand expression externally.
• Own Rosendin's crisis communications strategy and protocols.
• Draft external statements, media responses, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead speaking opportunities and external communications calendar.
