Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in vehicle exterior trim design and development, with experience in valences, sills, aero shields, rocker panels, and similar.
• Proven CAD experience at a high standard, preferably CATIA V5/V6.
• Experience with thermoplastic/thermoset resins and Class A manufacturing (painting).
• Launch experience and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead packaging, engineering design, release and launch of exterior trims.
• Create exterior systems focusing on quality, reliability, mass and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional studio and vehicle engineering team.
• Apply engineering tools and innovative approaches to support system generation.
