• Ability to navigate operations guidance and compliance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ITAR Empowered Official.
• Resolve transaction holds, screening matches, licensing questions, and end-use/end-user concerns.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess business impact, and drive risk mitigation.
• Conduct audits and compliance risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor the export compliance team.
• Provide strategic guidance to upper-level leaders on export and sanctions matters.
