Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Sr. Export Compliance Officer (Finance) to oversee end-to-end export license processes and ensure compliance with EAR/ITAR regulations.

The role focuses on optimizing licensing workflows, supporting business needs, and educating stakeholders across functions. You will report to the Export Compliance Manager and operate on a hybrid schedule from U.S. locations, collaborating with Licensing Operations and cross-functional teams to strengthen regulatory

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in export compliance.
Expert knowledge of export regulations (ITAR, EAR, OFAC).
Experience managing export license applications and classifications.
Experience conducting export compliance audits and assessments.
Experience using SAP/GTS to support export transactions.

Responsibilities

Administer export authorizations and maintain audit trails.
Develop and improve export licensing processes and tools.
Draft and review complex export license applications.
Deliver export compliance training and guidance to business groups.
Support internal and external audits and remediation efforts.
