Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Export Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end export authorizations under EAR and ITAR, ensuring regulatory compliance across the business. You will lead licensing processes, drive efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams in a hybrid U.S. workplace.

Responsibilities include recordkeeping, audits, training, and improving licensing tooling. A minimum 5 years in export compliance is required, with SAP/GTS experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in export compliance.
• Experience with export regulations and licensing requirements.
• Experience in conducting export compliance audits and assessments.
• Expert knowledge of export regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Experience managing export license applications, classifications, and authorizations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering compliance training.

Responsibilities

• Administer OCR-EASE recordkeeping for export authorizations, including license maintenance, order releases, and audit trail documentation.
• Collaborate with Licensing Operations peers and internal stakeholders to drive best practices and reporting initiatives.
• Communicate procedural updates and regulatory changes through training and guidance.
• Develop, review and implement export compliance procedures and forms.
• Draft and review complex export license applications for EAR/ITAR compliance.
• Facilitate internal and external audits and remediation activities.
• Partner with business teams to embed export compliance in operational processes.
• Provide export compliance training and regulatory guidance to key groups.
• Proficiency in SAP/GTS to support compliant export transactions.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact on export licensing matters.
