Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hard rock mineral exploration.
Minimum 4 years of field geology experience.
Proficiency with drill data management and geological modeling software.
Strong technical writing and communication skills, including clear reports.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Lead and support exploration activities, including drilling programs, field mapping, sampling, data analysis, and geologic modeling.
Plan, budget, and execute exploration programs safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with Technical Services and Corporate Exploration to advance resources and future production opportunities.
Mentor and develop a team of geologists and exploration staff.
Maintain and update 3D geological models and ensure data integrity.
