Rango Inc. in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Exploration Geologist to lead and execute exploration programs for the Stibnite Gold Project, delivering geology insights, 3D modeling, data integration, and resource estimation in collaboration with Technical Services and Corporate Exploration.

You will oversee drilling, field mapping, sampling, QA/QC, and reporting under NI 43-101 and S-K 1300 standards, mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders to maximize project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hard rock mineral exploration.
• Minimum of 4 years of field geology experience.
• Proficiency with drill data management and geological modeling software such as Leapfrog, MineSight, MicroMine, acQuire, Target, Vulcan, Surpac, Datamine, MX Deposit, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support exploration programs including drilling, field mapping, sampling, data analysis, and geologic modeling.
• Plan, budget, and execute exploration programs safely and efficiently.
• Develop, maintain, and update 3D geological models for exploration prospects.
• Collaborate with mine Technical Services and Planning to delineate expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate data collection and integration across geochemistry, geophysics, and structural geology.
• Ensure QA/QC on geologic investigations and datasets.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Operate under NI 43-101 and S-K 1300 standards for PEA/IA to FS levels.
• Mentor and develop geology team, manage budgets, and liaise with regulators and partners.
