Avalore, LLC seeks an Exploitation Specialist / Data Manager, Senior in Springfield, VA to lead overhead satellite imagery preprocessing operations and data pipelines for NGA Maven work. You will coordinate data acquisition, preprocessing, and management, and serve as the main government interface to a multi-disciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of people management, 4+ years in quantitative data analysis and ETL, and 2+ years handling large geospatial datasets, with TS/SCI w/ CI

Formación

• TS/SCI with CI Poly Eligibility.
• 3+ years of people management experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 4+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis, developing visualizations, and processing complex data with ETL and databases; cloud architectures experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with large, complex geospatial data files and formats.
• Desirable: Agile/SAFe methodologies; NGA enterprise systems (NGA CORE, MLOps); GEOINT Fundamentals certification; experience applying AI/ML to geospatial data.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage data, databases, and pipelines for overhead satellite data acquisition, curation, and preprocessing.
• Provide technical recommendations and monitor implementation of data workflows across acquisition, preprocessing, and management platforms.
• Serve as the Government's main interface to relay tasks and requirements and ensure successful work execution.
• Lead contractor data operations team and provide technical and project management guidance.
• Maintain data dictionaries, ERD, and software documentation.
• Manage data operations pipeline including imagery acquisition, ingest, preprocessing, transformations, and cross-platform data movement.
