Job summary

Core One is seeking a Senior Experimentation Analyst to support mission-critical programs requiring an active TS/SCI clearance. The role involves leading EXFOR experiments, war games, and advanced simulations to validate capabilities for Special Operations and national security objectives.

Candidates should bring 8+ years of DoD/SOF-related strategic/operational experience, MDMP familiarity, and proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years strategic/operational experience with DoD/related programs.
• 8+ years planning, analysis, modeling and experimentation for DoD/SOF projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical experimentation tools for studies evaluating warfighter capabilities.
• Lead EXFOR experimentation efforts including simulations, wargames, and demonstrations.
• Provide SME guidance on SOF research and technology developments.
• Develop findings and lessons learned from experiments and brief stakeholders.
• Plan, design and lead experiments from concept to post-execution review.
