Job summary

Core One invites qualified professionals to contribute to strategic experimentation and analysis for Special Operations capabilities. You will support EXFOR campaigns, develop scenarios, and deliver actionable findings for senior leaders.

A strong DoD JCIDS background, plus TS/SCI clearance, is required. Responsibilities span planning, execution, and post-event assessment, including coordination with DoD S&T organizations and USSOCOM stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Masters' preferred.
• DAU Requirement Management Level C Training (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years with a Combatant Command (USSOCOM preferred).
• 2+ years with Joint Staff, Service, or USSOCOM in JCIDS-related work.

Responsibilities

• Support EXFOR experimentation events including modeling, simulations, tabletop exercises, and war games.
• Coordinate and lead experiment events from concept through post-execution review.
• Develop scenario scripts and briefs for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Produce staff products, reference materials, and facilitator guides for SOF experiments.
