Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a proactive Retail Events Lead in Cerritos, CA to plan, coordinate, and execute store events and activations that elevate brand presence and drive sales. You will partner with Retail Operations, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution from concept through post-event wrap-up.

The role requires 2+ years in event marketing or retail events, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or event production.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendor coordination, and project timelines and working within budget.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retail events, store activations, grand openings, and community events across REVOLVE retail locations.
• Manage event timelines, vendor communication, logistics, staffing, and production needs to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Social, PR, and external partners.
• Source vendors, obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and assist with event budgets and expense tracking.
• Support onsite event execution, including setup, talent/influencer hospitality, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.
• Track event recaps, performance metrics, customer feedback, and inventory of event assets and supplies.
