Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking a Retail Events Lead in Cerritos, CA to support planning, coordination, and execution of retail events and in-store activations across REVOLVE, FWRD and REVOLVE Beauty. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences.

The position requires 2+ years in event/retail marketing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or event production.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retail events, store activations, grand openings, and community events across REVOLVE retail locations.
• Manage event timelines, vendor communication, logistics, staffing, and production needs to ensure flawless execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Creative, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Social, PR, and external partners.
• Source vendors, obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and assist with event budgets and expense tracking.
• Support onsite event execution, including setup, talent/influencer hospitality, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up.
• Track event recaps, performance metrics, customer feedback, and inventory of event assets and supplies.
