Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience (agency preferred).
  • Experience with festivals and on-site activation.
  • Budget management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and activation of strategic experiential programs, with a focus on festivals.
  • Communicate with clients, inter-agency teams and external partners, building rapport as day-to-day contact.
  • Brainstorm with clients and partners during sessions to find solutions.
  • Guide internal teams on workstreams, ensuring brand strategy is met.
  • Create and deliver partner proposals and client presentations.
  • Oversee internal financial processes and budgets.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports with ongoing feedback and development conversations.
  • Lead on-site activations, staffing, programming and customer communications.
  • Travel and work extended hours around events, including some weekends/holidays.
