Job summary

Dnpphoto is seeking an organized Event Manager in Concord, NC to lead end-to-end experiential marketing events, including trade shows, roadshows, and pop-up activations. You will orchestrate logistics, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding attendee experiences aligned with marketing and sales goals.

The role requires strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience managing trade shows, experiential marketing events, roadshows, or corporate events.
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Leadership teams to define event objectives and success metrics.
• Lead planning and execution of trade shows, roadshows, pop-up events, customer events, and industry conferences.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, project timelines, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue selection, registration, booth setup, transportation, shipping, signage, catering, staffing, and on-site operations.
• Manage event budgets and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
