Job summary

FOX Entertainment seeks a Senior Manager, Event & Experiential for FOX Experiences + Design to drive bold, high-impact experiences across brands and audiences. You will own ideation, strategy, and full project ownership with expert stakeholder collaboration.

Regular on-site attendance is required, with domestic and international engagements as needed. This role emphasizes creative solution development, strong execution, and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in events or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on and supervisory experience in Entertainment and/or Corporate Events, or with an agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage successful, on-budget small- to midsize in-person and virtual events, corporate meetings, premiere events, presentations, and activations.
• Stay current on industry trends through research and ideation.
• Oversee event playbook, create workback schedules, DACI, invoice tracking, and budget reporting.
• Communicate with FED Technology and Design teams, managing production and graphic specs.
• Manage all event logistics including food & beverage, design, rentals, layouts, and parking.
• Lead administrative support, tech, and freelancers on mid to large events and stakeholders calls.
