Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, interior design, furniture, or experiential design.
• Portfolio demonstrating work in physical environments, experiential spaces, and brand touchpoints.
• Proficient in Rhino, SketchUp, Revit; and 2D tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions to partners of all backgrounds.
• Must be able to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Experiential Design: Drive the conceptualization and design development for physical spaces across retail, marketing events, and brand partnerships.
• Be a Hands‑On "Do‑er": Deliver your best work daily, actively creating projects from sketch to final execution.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with video, photography, marketing, retail, and facilities teams.
• Spatial Storytelling: Design with storytelling through color, materiality, texture, furniture, and planning.
• Special Projects & Partnerships: Create compelling spaces for pop‑ups and flagship experiences.
• Material & FF&E Selection: Choose finishes and furniture that match brand aesthetics and operations.
• Executive Presentations: Present clear concept designs and visual narrations to stakeholders.
