Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital/interactive/UX design with team leadership.
• Strong portfolio showing concept to delivery and measurable user engagement.
• Experience with enterprise technology clients and complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on with industry tools (Figma, Adobe CC) and an understanding of digital constraints.
• Experience applying AI tools to concepting, rapid prototyping, or content production.

Responsibilities

• Define the creative direction from concept to final delivery for digital/interactive work.
