Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Freelance Sr Experience Designer to craft complete digital experiences across web, mobile, VR/AR and emerging channels. You will collaborate with UX, developers and copy, designing interactive concepts, prototypes and animations, while presenting ideas to the team and iterating through feedback.

Remote opportunity in the United States, with experience in 3D design and modern tools like Figma, XD and Unity as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, Sketch, and Figma.
• Ability to design for 3D – Three.js.
• Knowledge of Unity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences that align with campaigns for healthcare professionals and patient/consumer audiences.
• Submit work for review by creative lead and manage revisions through stages.
• Create design concepts, prototypes, and animations to communicate interactive solutions.
• Present digital work effectively, explaining the core idea to the team.
• Collaborate with UX, developers, and copy to ensure seamless execution and on-brand copy.
• Envision and develop intuitive, scalable interactions across web, mobile, VR/AR and beyond.
• Test features and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Produce deliverables such as concepts, prototypes, animations, and final presentations.
