Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience designing HTML media banners within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience contributing to or working within design systems.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers.
• Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives.
• Experience contributing to or governing design systems.
• Basic understanding of HTML as it relates to media banner production.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from concept through delivery as a trusted individual contributor.
• Operate with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment to creative and production standards.
• Design within real-world constraints using HTML media banner production knowledge.
• Collaborate with Art, Copy, Development, and fellow designers to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and feedback to balance creative intent and technical feasibility.
• Mentor peers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
