Qualifications

• Extensive UX design experience with end-to-end projects and mentoring.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Strong leadership and collaboration to foster an innovative environment.
• Deep understanding of atomic design and design systems across products.
• Experience with Figma components, variables, autolayout; bonus Jira/Confluence/AirTable/Principle.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent experience.
