Bechtel is seeking a seasoned expediting professional to participate in planning, staffing, and budgeting of project expediting operations in Chandler, AZ. You will monitor assignments, evaluate production schedules and lead supplier evaluations to ensure timely data and material delivery.

You will contact suppliers, initiate follow-up, monitor quality, and prepare evaluations while coordinating with project logistics. Strong MS Office, PowerApps/PowerBI, and DSCS knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–14 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience on engineering, procurement and construction projects is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerApps and PowerBI; advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in planning, staffing, and budgeting of project expediting operations for medium sized projects.
• Represents Expediting at project team meetings and coordinates workload among expeditors.
• Contacts suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data and follow-up on material acquisition and progress.
• Evaluates production schedules and progress reports to ensure alignment with jobsite requirements.
• Expedites engineering for timely review, approval, and return of data.
