Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years procurement in an industrial construction environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities daily.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Familiarity with fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work independently.
• Organizational follow-up across multiple projects.
• Ability to manage supplier schedules and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Expedites purchase orders to monitor vendor progress and on-time shipments.
• Expedites supplier data and drawings per PO requirements.
• Coordinates supplier milestones and material delivery.
• Coordinates with logistics to ship equipment safely and cost-efficiently.
• Troubleshoots PO execution and coordinates resolutions.
• Discusses defects and delivery problems; negotiates refunds.
• Coordinates with operations, maintenance, warehouse and engineering.
• Manages procurement budget impact on revenue and service quality.
• Mentors less experienced team members.
