Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in expediting, procurement, materials management, or supply chain roles.
• Experience managing complex equipment/packages through manufacturing and delivery.
• Pharma/Life sciences EPC project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement, PO administration, and supplier schedules.
• Ability to evaluate supplier manufacturing schedules and delivery forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Execute expediting activities for equipment, materials, and supplier deliverables.
• Manage purchase orders and critical packages from award to delivery.
• Develop and maintain package expediting plans aligned with PO requirements.
• Review supplier schedules and delivery dates to set expediting priorities.
• Conduct supplier follow-ups to monitor progress across engineering, procurement, and fabrication.
• Identify schedule risks and elevate issues for mitigation and recovery.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, logistics to support timelines and inspections.
• Provide timely information to procurement and project controls for forecasting.
