Job summary

Noblis is seeking Exercise Planner(s) to work in a mission-oriented environment, coordinating a full spectrum of exercise events with government personnel and interagency partners. You will develop objectives, timelines, injects, and evaluation criteria to strengthen mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience delivering briefings and training to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate a full spectrum of exercise events (seminars, workshops, tabletop, drills, full-scale exercises).
• Develop exercise objectives, timelines, injects, and evaluation criteria with stakeholders.
• Create realistic scenarios incorporating threats and all-hazard crisis requirements using NIMS, ICS, and HSEEP.
