Via Logic LLC seeks a Senior Exercise Planner/Regional Exercise Lead to oversee exercise design and execution. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HSEEP experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and strong leadership abilities.

This role involves coordinating multiple concurrent exercises, developing documentation, and ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective communication throughout.

Compensation ranges from $82,550 to $149,225 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD.
• Proven expertise in HSEEP exercise planning.
• Experience in leadership across multiple exercises.

Responsibilities

• Lead exercise design, development, conduct, and evaluation.
• Coordinate planning meetings and develop core exercise documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with regional exercise leads.
