Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an AFRICOM-Exercise Assessment Planner to support assessment design, data collection, and reporting for AFRICOM J37 exercises. The role requires a Master's degree and significant experience in military training evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and 3 years specialized experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years specialized experience, or 10 years of specialized experience.
• 7+ years of experience in exercise assessment or military training evaluation.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive assessment frameworks tied to training objectives and command priorities.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including surveys and SME interviews.
• Produce high-level analytical products, including assessment summaries and insights reports.

Skills

Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques

Strong report writing and presentation skills

Experience with AI/ML-enabled assessment tools

Education

Master's degree in a related field
