Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS seeks a Senior Workflow Manager to provide executive-level workflow, correspondence, and task-management support to the SAP Central Office. You will manage high-visibility actions through the full lifecycle, maintain dashboards, and coordinate with senior leaders and security personnel in a fast-paced classified environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience, 4 years supervisory experience, and an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly relevant experience.
• 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing executive-level workflow, correspondence, tasking, suspense tracking, and records in a regulated Government environment.
• Experience with Special Access Program or Sensitive Compartmented Information activities and handling classified materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned office tasks and correspondence through the full lifecycle.
• Maintain workload dashboards, workflow trackers, action-item logs, and watch lists for visibility into priorities and status.
• Monitor tasking and correspondence systems; coordinate timely follow-up with responsible officers and stakeholders.
• Prepare task packages and review work products for completeness, accuracy, and proper security markings.
• Route correspondence, briefings, and other work products among stakeholders for review and sign-off.
• Maintain electronic copies of task packages in accordance with records-management and security procedures.
• Distribute approved work products to authorized recipients and ensure records are complete.
• Develop and update workflow SOPs, desk guides, templates, and QC checklists.
• Prepare executive status reports and workload analyses for leadership.
• Coordinate across offices and security to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
• Support front-office admin activities as required; safeguard classified information.
