Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Executive Protection Specialist Senior to safeguard top executives and key personnel across domestic and international venues. The role combines high-stakes protection with strategic planning and operational execution in a hybrid in-office environment.

You will coordinate protective programs for the CEO and Board, manage transport and security for VIP visits, and help implement security technologies and procedures to ensure a secure corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 10 years of law enforcement experience or equivalent background.
• LEOSA certification required.
• Requires a valid federal/state/local driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Protects CEO, President, Board members, and executives.
• Coordinates protective programs including personal protection, facilities, residences, event security, and transport.
• Plans and executes protection for visiting VIPs and corporate events.
• Evaluates need for security equipment and operational instruction at executive offices and residences.
• Develops metrics for risk planning and financial efficiencies.
• Performs site advances and risk assessments; maintains currency with executive security trends.
• Controls access to executive spaces and monitors life-safety systems.
