Hello! Destination Management seeks an Executive Producer - Creative Services to lead design-driven client experiences, from concept through execution.

You’ll oversee event timelines, site visits, and supplier negotiations, ensuring high-quality delivery and profitable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in event planning or creative design, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of local resources, venues, and markets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of event planning or creative design experience.
• Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of area resources (props, decor, production, linen, entertainment, etc.) and local venues.

Responsibilities

• Design and propose theme event experiences with the Sales Team.
• Manage projects from inception through program operation.
• Partner with Sales to build and maintain client relationships.
• Develop event timelines and distribute to participants.
• Coordinate and conduct creative site inspections.
• Research and negotiate suppliers for best cost.
• Oversee production elements: staging, AV, decor, linens, etc.
• Lead on-site operations for creative services.
• Forecast weekly/monthly costs for programs.
• Suggest improvements to products and services.
• Foster relationships with vendors and partners.
