Job summary

Aquent Studios in Seattle is seeking an accomplished presentation designer to shape executive communications into powerful visual stories. You will lead design efforts, drive storyboards, and collaborate with senior leaders and suppliers to deliver compelling, broadcast-ready graphics.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of managing design projects, mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, and a track record of influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing design projects and leading teams.
• Mastery of presentation design and animation with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to work with executives and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary presentation designer for executive teams and translate narratives into visuals.
• Develop storyboards and motion graphics; produce broadcast-ready graphics.
• Lead and influence vendors; ensure brand guidelines and messaging framework are followed.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition and layout to a range of outputs.
• Balance workloads, set deadlines, and forecast staffing for high-impact periods.
• Collaborate with communications teams to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks.
