Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Visual Communications Designer in Seattle to support executives with broadcast-ready visual storytelling across multiple formats. This role blends design management with creative execution and requires evening/weekend availability around events.

You will collaborate with Brand, Creative Services, and production vendors to deliver high-impact visual narratives, maintain brand continuity, and manage project timelines for top executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing design projects and leading successful design teams.
• Mastery of PowerPoint design and animation skills.
• Portfolio of executive communications materials required.
• Strong collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Adobe design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Willingness to travel 25%+ including weekends and international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary presentation designer for a team of executives, delivering narrative visuals and storyboard concepts.
• Create broadcast-ready graphics and ensure brand and messaging alignment with Brand and Creative Services teams.
• Liaise with visual communications suppliers and serve as the main point of contact for production.
• Develop visual mood boards, storyboards, briefs, and motion/visual guidelines.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and staffing needs for executive support and event periods.
• Coordinate with the communications team to anticipate needs and remove roadblocks.
• Build visual narratives that tell executives' stories and archive content for future reference.
• Travel for events, including international destinations, as required.
