Job summary

Aquent is seeking a visionary design leader to shape the visual voice of its executive communications and critical enterprise-wide designs. You will own typography, editorial systems, and motion, guiding templates and toolkits for organization-wide use, while collaborating with leaders to translate strategy into compelling visuals.

Expect autonomy and authority to elevate presentation design, branding, and editorial standards across high-stakes moments, including events and all-hands meetings.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in graphic/visual design, presentation design, brand identity, motion design, or studio/art direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating executive communications, presentation design, typography, editorial design, brand systems, and motion graphics.
• Advanced craft in typography, layout, color, iconography, and motion.
• Proven ability to influence leaders at various levels.
• Robust production discipline with Figma, After Effects, and PowerPoint; clean file systems and documentation.
• Experience building templates and reusable visual toolkits for large, complex organizations.
• Experience extending design systems and applying brand standards across formats.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the visual and editorial identity for high-visibility organizational communications, including executive presentations, major events, and all-hands meetings.
• Set world-class art direction, refining typography, layout, editorial systems, and motion for expressiveness and authority.
• Deliver production-ready assets and provide end-to-end support for critical events.
• Architect reusable templates and toolkits to empower non-designers across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted visual design partner for leaders, translating complex strategies into visual narratives.
• Define and uphold design standards and craft guidelines; mentor the broader design community.
