Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required to apply and must be maintained.
• Ability to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire.
• Minimum of 10 years of face-to-face investment sales and financial planning experience.
• Proven track record of sales success with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within Workplace benefit plan clients.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for select executives and deliver tailored financial planning and retirement strategies.
• Drive client engagement, business growth, and satisfaction through executive services offerings and referrals.
• Present offerings during reviews and expand assets under management while building client relationships.
